Over the past 15 years, Gary Mathewson has built a reputation as a leader and expert in the field of body transformation, strength and conditioning, weight loss, health and fitness.
He put his knowledge into practice by transforming his own body through exercise and diet, going on to represent Victoria in numerous national bodybuilding competitions. From 1998 to 2004, he held the title of IFBB Champion, competing in 3 different weight divisions, and rating in the top 3 bodybuilders in Australia.
Gary’s passion is demonstrated by continuing to help clients / athletes develop optimised dietary and training methods, and to achieve their personal goals through training and consultations.
Gary has also appeared in the media on many occasions, having been on both radio and television, sharing his passion and knowledge of health and fitness. In addition, he has lectured to various sporting clubs and students studying ‘Human Movement’ at a leading Melbourne University.

With over 8 years’ experience as a Personal Trainer, Kim understands that one style of training does not fit all, so she strives to create customised programs for each of her clients. Kim has a genuine passion for motivating her clients to achieve their health and fitness goals, and through her genuine caring nature she gives 100% commitment and support in helping her clients live a happier, healthier, and a more active and balanced lifestyle.
She believes that nourishing the body through the correct nutrition and maintaining an active lifestyle is the key to a happy, healthy life.
Kim takes great pride in delivering exceptional client care. She has an innate ability to respond to the specific needs of clients in order to motivate them to achieve their health and fitness goals.
Throughout my late teens/early 20’s, due to a poor body image and a quest to look thinner / better, I severely restricted my calorie intake in order to maintain a very low, and unhealthy, body weight. I also would teach / participate in at least 14-15 aerobic classes a week. By the time I was 24 my poor approach to diet and exercise led to some serious health concerns. The big ‘wake-up call’ for me was being advised by my doctor that I had the bone density of a 60 year old. It wasn’t just ‘fat’ that I lost during the my many years of calorie restriction and over-exercising, but also valuable lean muscle and bone mass as a consequence of depriving myself of valuable nutrients.
Luckily, my approach to diet and exercise has altered dramatically, and I have since come to understand, appreciate and embrace the important role correct nutrition and exercise plays in optimum health and wellbeing.
Helping my valued clients to not only look better on the outside, but through motivating and educating them on how to achieve optimum health, results in them feeling stronger, happier and healthier so they can live their best life.
